This October, we’re inviting teams, workplaces and groups to come together and spread a little Christmas aroha!
How?
If your business would like to support with product donations or a koha (donation), simply complete the contact form below and our team will be in touch. Products can be sent directly to our head office and we’ll take care of the rest!
Keen to get your colleagues involved? Fill out the contact form and we’ll help you get started. Throughout October, ask your team to bring in their favourite Christmas goodies and set up a drop-off point (reception or the staffroom works perfectly). Together, you’ll be filling Kura Kai Christmas Bags for rangatahi who need a little extra aroha.
Why October?
High school students head off on study leave in early November, so we collect early to ensure every bag reaches our rangatahi in time.
Where do the bags come from?
Kura Kai will provide some bags, but you can also use brand new brown paper grocery bags from your local supermarket.
Where are the bags going?
Straight to rangatahi at selected local high schools partnered with Kura Kai. Teaching staff identify the need.
Who collects the bags?
Our dedicated Kura Kai staff or volunteer coordinators will gather the bags and make sure they’re delivered to the schools.
